Faith was his foundation.
Sad to hear lost one of my favorite youth pastors from back in the day Paul Budish . Have so many fun and good memories with Paul growing up such a fun guy to be around may he rest in peace. Please pray for his family in this time.
We go all the way back to 1st grade 4th Baptist Christian day school. Miss goldsberrys class. We were led in prayer to be saved. Of course we were to little to know what we were doing. PhyEd class was where Paul REALLY stood out!
Whenever Paul was up for kickball or baseball or softball or whatever He was the hardest hitting and the hardest kicking person in the class. The common saying during this time was "Backup it's budish"!!! He had power! He always had a happy-go-lucky personality never complaining. He seemed to just take things and stride as they came. We got separated in the 5th grade as I decided to join public school and then reconnected at Armstrong high school in 1982. I played the drums.5th grade through 8th grade. I was in a lot of garage bands. I was lucky enough to have a slinger land drum set that my parents bought me for Christmas one year. Paul would come over to my house and try to play my drums. He was absolutely possessed with it. I thought if he ever gets hold of a drum set hes gonna be better than me. And sure enough he did. Oh the memories! Well I just wanted to share this. Is great memories of Paul in our childhood friendship.
